Born and raised in Barry, Wales, twst (she/they). At 14, they leX home and formal educa=on and relocated to a recording studio in the South Wales Valleys where they taught themselves music produc=on and began immersing themselves in internet culture. Now based in London, twst writes and produces their own music, and directs their music videos, employing the help and guidance of revered writers, producers and crea=ves in their community, oXen befriended through the internet and discord communi=es.
